Happy New Year

Wow, December came in diesel mode. Sad to say I haven't been able to make it to the clay studio since the last journal post (eep!), but I'm happy to say the reasons for my hiatus are all good.

With the end of a record quarter for TINSEL and lots of work work work, came life life life: my sister gave birth to Baby Max, Måns turned 40, the entire Swanberg Contingent flew in from Stockholm, and the Contreras Contingent flew in from Chicago/SF. Mama and Papa boarded a plane on 6:00 PM New Year's Eve, and phew. There the month went... there the year went!

We celebrated Christmas Eve at Chez Swantreras, a very Swedipino Brooklyn Christmas–thanks to Mama Swanberg. The GIF above captures a fraction of the merry-making festivities. My heart is full, and I'm excited for all the building and magic-making in 2017.
