Redemption!
Praise hands! Not only did the cups coming out sooner than I expected, but they're gorgeous! Making my eyes and hands super happy. They're well-balanced, and the glaze drips are delightful. Fairly unexpected combination of glazes because I layered this time. Glossy white (which I usually steer away from because I like matte finishes better) is layered underneath seaworld. When used alone, seaworld is what you'd expect: an aqua-turquoise hue. But when you layer it on top of glossy white, it layers on more on the black, super dark navy blue side... with some interesting variation where the glaze pools together. So sometimes, you get a brilliant pop of blue, like around the rim. And it runs around the rim too, to make it even more interesting. So happy with how these came out.
